At Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations we pride ourselves on providing premier services to both our owners and guests. Our property management team is designed to offer the highest quality of services such as owner relations, housekeeping, hot tub/pool servicing, and maintenance.

Owner Relations:

Each owner is assigned an owner rep who inspects & secures the property after each departure within 48 hours. They will “walk the wall” as they inspect your property ensuring to check every drawer, underneath every bed, in every cabinet, & behind every door. They will inspect for any damages that may occur during a reservation and contact the owner with the best way to go about fixing any maintenance issues. They will follow through on all work orders and keep the owners abreast of any issues that are outstanding. They will handle all in house paperwork that needs tended to for work orders, Accidental Damage Waiver, and vendor assignments. Your owner rep will coordinate with the owner on assigning vendors (lawn, plow, fuel,..) for different aspects that will need tended to while the property is renting. They will monitor your property reservations and make any suggestions to the owner that seem fit to keep the property in renting condition or any upgrades to increase owner income. Housekeeping:

No matter if it is our in house housekeeping team or an outside vendor, you housekeeping will be top notch. Your house cleanliness makes the first impression with a renter so we plan on keeping this as a high priority on our list. Hot Tub/Pool Service:

Our Hot Tub Department is designed for premier servicing by our Maryland State Certified technicians. Your hot tub will be cleaned after every departure and every four days while rented. Our Maintenance department is designed so we can provide small repairs at an affordable cost to our owners.
