11th Annual Boat Parade

Ahoy, Captains! — Embark on a nautical adventure on Deep Creek Lake!

The Deep Creek Lions Club's 10th Annual Boat Parade will kick off from the Silvertree Marine boat launching ramp in McHenry Cove, forming a single-file spectacle as it passes numerous judging stations along the route, culminating at Dutch’s Restaurant at Silvertree. At each judging station, spectators will have the thrilling task of casting their votes for their most beloved boats.

Interested in entering your creatively decorated boat?

To secure your spot in the parade, a minimum registration fee of $50 is required, and with limited entries available, it's crucial to pre-register promptly. This year's prizes include a custom flag and trophy, making the competition fierce and the rewards all the more coveted. Best of all, the funds raised from the registration fees go towards supporting the Blind Skier and Camper Programs, as well as contributing to the McHenry Community Park.

As a special incentive, non-profit organizations can enter a boat for FREE and retain all the funds they raise! So, captains, crew & spectators too, gear up for a seafaring event that not only promises a chance at glory but also contributes to worthy causes.
