Bear Cave Blues has gone through various upgrades the past few months. During those cold nights-build a fire in the custom built outdoor fire pit. And, most recently enjoy the newly renovated bathrooms! Features include new showers, fixtures, lighting, and Bluetooth exhaust fans! Enjoy your favorite music or audiobook while you shower and get ready for your next adventure!
Bear Cave Blues has a large wrap around deck to overlook the wooded surroundings; a Traeger smoker and an enclosed room with a separate grill to ‘chef it up’ for your guests; and an entertainment room with vintage arcade machines perfect for gaming all night or enjoying a movie in the spacious entertainment room. It’s a perfect place for families, girls’ trips, boyz weekend, or a solo getaway.
Located only five minutes from local restaurants, boat rentals, and the movie theater—any entertainment you’re seeking can be found close by. The WISP resort, only 15 minutes away, offers yearlong activities such as golf, ziplines, skiing, snow tubing, and more. Deep Creek Lake State Park is also only a five minute drive and is the best place to go swimming, go on a long run, hike, or watch the sunrise on the sandy beach. Or enjoy Deep Creek Lake’s premier wine selection at the Wine Cellar-located walking distance from the house (Call for reservations).

It is a perfect location for everything near and far. Birding, hiking, swimming, boating, and dining are all at your fingertips. You can't go wrong with staying at Bear Cave Blues!

Liked the house, but AC/Heat controls were confusing. Sulfur smell ( rotten eggs ) from well water was very bad. Called it in and maintenance treated the water and it was fixed same day. Access code, the last digest was not provided had to call in to get it. Liked the hot tub room and main living room. Great comfortable reclining chairs. Saw lots of deer generally a very relaxing location
