Very lovely house and good location! We had 8 adults and 1 7 yr old and we all were very comfortable and had plenty to do. Kitchen is well stocked and house was clean, a little dated, but it was fine. We recommend this house for a large family!

The home fit our needs nicely, we have adult children and grandchildren. Amenities like the pool table and hot tub were fantastic and heavily used by our group - very much appreciated and described well in the listing! The access to the association dock was also nice, but unfortunately there wasn't a safe and easy walking path to it. Lastly, I dislike how management companies include what seems to me like VERY high cleaning and service fees. On our three night stay, the cleaning fee was 20% of the total, in addition there was a 10% service fee. So nearly one third of the cost was for fees, and they didn't even include more than one trash bag for the kitchen. This is actual policy - one trash bag per bin. In conclusion, we had fun, I love spending time with my family, but this listing seemed like a little bait and switch advertising was used to get us to book. I'll probably look for an individual listing their own rental next time, rather than a larger corporate rental company.
