I would tell anyone interested in this property to be prepared for wildlife (we had close encounters with a rattlesnake that we almost stepped on and a bear who walked right by the pool) and to bring their own linens because the sheets were really uncomfortable.

We wanted to get away without going too far. Deep Creek was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool. The only thing is maybe a paper to explain how to use the media room, outside speakers, living room tvs, etc. It was a great week!

PROS: The view from this home is spectacular! Each bedroom has a private bathroom, which everyone liked. The kitchen is well stocked. The indoor entertainment and outdoor family gathering areas are very nice. We loved the pool, the firepit, the comfy beds, the Blackstone grill, Instant pot, Keurig, and many other amenities. This home truly has it all. CONS: The driveway is a long haul. Be prepared to wind your way up and down a gravel pathway for about a mile.
