Deposits
- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 30 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Two minutes prior to check in I received a phone call from Taylor Made informing me that the hot tub wasn’t working but they were trying to get a part for it. And if they couldn’t get it fixed, they would give me a partial refund. They never fixed it and 2 days after check out I had to contact them about the refund. Here I am two weeks later and still waiting for my refund. We had problems with the ice maker in the refrigerator in the kitchen not working and they sent someone out the next afternoon. And then the spare refrigerator for drinks didn’t cool and the repairman said they would fix that after we were gone. I am definitely disappointed with Taylor Made and the service I’ve received. Especially the slowness with their communication with the refund!

Also paid for gated community and the gate was up the entire weekend

It's all the space you need and then some. The separate Master suite above the garage was awesome. The stone patio was fantastic - esp for a day when the firepit area is wet. The outside fireplace was a game changer on a rainy day. Just know that the furniture (esp the great room couch, chairs, table & rug) is pretty beat down, and so is the wood deck. Hot tub is old (all head rests were loose and would fall off) but functional. Beautiful kitchen. Super quiet area on top of the mountain. Just a fantastic property.
