The house and location were great for our group (three families each with two adults and two kids). It’s not clear from the description but this is a GREAT ski in/ski out spot. It’s directly at the spot where chairlift 4 and 5 meet, so in the mornings we hopped on chair 4 to the top, and skied down a green circle to the kids’ ski school. In the afternoons, we skied Muskrat to Down Under (both blue squares) to chair 5 and took chair 5 back up to the house. My 6 year old did this no problem. The house is plenty big for a group of 12 if there are kids in the mix. And ski storage is easy on the porch. My only request would be to heat the hot tub a little warmer. It was a steady 99. Carpets are stained as others have noted but it didn’t bother us. Overall, great trip and we would definitely rent here again!

We had a great time and it is a beautiful location. The downfalls were, the one room showed two beds and there was only one, it said there was a ping pong table and there wasn’t (they said it was broken a year and a half ago, the dishwasher was full when we arrived, a remote didn’t work and one was found under the bed, a towel was hung up on the shower and left from before, the one room smelled really bad and we had to keep the door shut and could not use that room, under the outside deck there were cans and trash. Luckily they came and fixed the remote situation. We loved the place but definitely had some downfalls. The staff was quick to reach out though. Just wanted to let people know before they book it. The rugs were really stained as well, but I think some minor fixes could really help it!
