Doors lead to the covered deck, so you can easily enjoy the outdoor living space as well. The chef in your group will be delighted by the roomy kitchen. It has all the essentials to refuel your crew after skiing or golf. Everyone can grab a spot at the dining table, and there is extra seating at the kitchen island too. Deck access makes cookouts a breeze. When it is time to catch some shuteye, the main level offers a suite with a king bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, the primary suite is a private haven where you can truly unwind. It is furnished with a king bed and TV, and it also has a sitting area. The private bath has a wonderful, jetted tub along with a shower stall. Decked out for fun, the lower level family room promises lots of good times. The gas fireplace will keep you cozy while you watch TV, and the kids play pool or air hockey. The shelves are also stocked with board games. Rounding out the sleeping quarters is a bedroom with a queen bed. Outside, the covered deck wraps around the house ensuring there is ample space for everyone to check out the scenery. The grassy lawn is suitable for games, and you will love spending evenings by the fire pit. When you want to unwind, take a dip in the bubbling hot tub. Convenience is a major perk of Fairway Breeze. Wisp Resort's lodge is within one mile, and they offer lots of outdoor adventures. Golf, skiing, snow tubing, disc golf, and ziplines are just a few of the options for recreation. Venture a few minutes further to the top of the mountain for white water rafting thrills at the Adventure Sports Center. A five-minute drive will take you to restaurants, shops, boat rentals, mini golf, and arcades. Area state parks are brimming with activities for every age and interest. Miles of hiking trails, sandy beaches for swimming, canoe rentals, cross country skiing and fishing are just a few ways to enjoy our public lands. This is the perfect place to call 'home' after a day out on the slopes, a hiking expedition into the mountains, or a shopping trip in downtown Oakland. You may never want to leave once you get used to Fairway Breeze!

The carpets are stained and the house, particularly the basement area, has an odor. The house itself has dated finishing - 20+ years old it looks like. The house is spacious and the kitchen area is the nicest part of the house. When we arrived the bedrooms and bathrooms appeared to be made up but the sheets had not been changed, there were dirty towels on the floor and visible hair on the floors and in the showers. The listing indicates it sleeps 12 but the room layout is not the best for privacy so note this before booking. When we inquired with Taylor Made, the property manager, about the poor cleanliness, they apologized and offered to come clean the property again but this is all that was offered. We had to change the sheets on the sofa beds and some of us were forced to sleep on dirty sheets because we didn’t notice the sheets weren’t changed until after hours. The location is great and there are much newer homes in that area I would look at instead. Also be careful of rental homes in this area using Taylor Made. Their cleaning staff does not perform basic hygiene and cleanliness steps.
