Description
Our Golden Retreat offers generous yard space for pets and children to play. A walkway gently slopes to the water front within yards of the house. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere where you can dine with the family while overlooking the lake and curl up to a nice warm fire at night.
The lower level offers another entire living space in itself with a kitchenette area, a queen bedroom and a family room, with an additional wood fireplace, with views of the lake. The upper level of Our Golden Retreat has two spacious bedrooms with a private balcony.
This home is conveniently located on State Park Road near many family activities at the Discovery Center, Deep Creek Bike Trails, The State Park, and endless opportunity for boating, swimming, canoeing, etc. The perfect get-away for the whole family. For your convenience, this home offers free wifi.

- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 30 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

This house is in a perfect location. The two bedrooms upstairs are very nice, the balcony overlooks the lake. The steps are a little steep so work out before you come. The furniture was comfortable, dining table is nice and long for big groups. Check the basement before you unpack to make sure you are comfortable with Mold.

The home is situated on a slight incline and overlooks the lake. We had our daughters spend the week with us and 2 dogs. The home is good sized with enough room to not feel crowded. The new deck is great and we used it alot. The large yard area was perfect for the dogs. Views of the lake were amazing.

The house was a nice getaway to kick off summer. However, the house was listed to have AC and it did not. Also the number of bedrooms listed was not accurate… there was one more than anticipated, but that’s better than one fewer! Overall it was a nice stay, but if the weather was warmer the no AC would have made it miserable.

It’s a wonderful, comfortable house, with very easy access to the lake. I would warn about the mustiness of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, but if the dehumidifier was working properly, it probably wouldn’t be a problem.
