Difference with renting directly from homeowners or a private company that manages the property. Definitely not the same cleanliness or personal care as you would get otherwise. Overall good stay. House is as described. Some cleanliness issues. Mold in all of the toilets around the rim. Kinda gross. Carpets and beds need replaced badly. You are paying for a nice/decent house within a fantastic location. The house isnt worth the price if it weren't for the location. Taylor Mades Alison was helpful. Worth mentioning.
