- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.

- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 30 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Lots to offer entertainment wise, pool table, air hockey, loft with games etc. Good location with dock etc. Kitchen was great for group dinners etc especially double dishwashers. House not in the best shape (a little run down and not the cleanest) Beds are not comfortable.

We had a great stay overall. The location is amazing and the place was clean. My only complaint is that hand soap, towel paper, and tissues were not provided.
