- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 30 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

The house was very nice and clean. We had 4 couples and 2 little ones and had plenty of room. Taylor Made was quick to respond to messages and to fix an issue at the house. we would definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the proximity to DCL State Park, hiking trails and shopping. We did find the patio door a bit hard to slide open, but enjoyed spending time outside/in the hot tub. Neighbors were friendly. The daily visits of deer in the surrounding lawns were entertaining. Would certainly recommend.
