Has a very friendly feel to it. Decorated beautifully. You can’t beat the location and having a boat to enjoy is a must.

Overall our stay was wonderful and we would return to the property. Everything was stocked and as described. Plenty of space for the price and nice amenities. Hot tub was the biggest and nicest we had ever seen, Cornhole boards, fans/charging stations and other touches made the stay awesome. Definitely recommend. Three small areas for improvement (nothing major property was great). -We had a family flying in from out of state and arriving early. Early check-in was never mentioned. We were told to call the morning of to see if we could get in…then the day of told about possibly paying for early check in which we gladly did. The process felt disorganized. No one checked out the morning we arrived and the house was empty and already cleaned, but told the cleaning company had to go back for finishing touches and we couldn’t access until 1 PM. Finally they let us in…the cleaning crew never stopped back (and didn’t need to as it was already done). -It’s a million dollar house, but the refrigerator is an issue. If you bring groceries it takes almost 24 hours to cool. They tell you not to overload it, but with large groups that’s a little tough. Don’t t try to save energy or get a better refrigerator for the property. -There’s a nice fire pit with wonderful Adirondack chairs, but the back yard is steep. There isn’t enough flat ground for all the chairs so seating became tight. Once again, we loved the house and would definitely go back. Don’t hesitate about coming here.

You need to bring your own paper towels/toilet paper. There are also no extra linens (blankets, bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) so you will need to do laundry and if you’re cold you’ll need to take blankets off of your bed

Jennifer, we enjoyed hosting you. And we're always looking for new ways to enhance the guest experience, so we'll be sure to keep this feedback in mind moving forward. Additionally, we do provide paper towels and toilet paper, as well as extra blankets in the closets.
