Within a five-minute drive, you can also hit the links at Wisp Resort's other course, Fantasy Valley. In addition to golf, Wisp is well-known for endless recreation. Skiing, mountain biking, ziplines, and snow tubing are just a few of the options.

For summertime fun, be sure to visit Deep Creek Lake State Park. They have a sandy beach with lifeguards, picnic areas, playgrounds and canoe and kayak rentals. You can also take the kids to the Discovery Center that is home to hands-on exhibits about the local, natural environment.
